What are the noise curfew rules for events?
We follow the local municipality regulations. Outdoor music is allowed until 2 AM, after which celebrations may continue in the indoor after-party area.
What is the maximum guest capacity for weddings and events?
Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 350 guests, offering ample space for both intimate celebrations and large-scale weddings.
Can we bring external vendors such as caterers, DJs, or decorators?
We work with exclusive caterers to ensure quality and consistency. External vendors such as DJs, photographers, or decorators are welcome, provided they meet our venue guidelines and coordinate with our team prior to the event day.
Are there any insurance requirements for booking the venue?
No additional insurance is required from the couple or planner. All essential event coverage is already included and fully handled by the venue for your peace of mind.
What is included in the venue rental package?
Venue rental includes full access to all designated event spaces—such as the ceremony area, welcome drink area, bridal area, and dance floor—along with lighting and sound systems, generators, a professional cleaning team, and valet parking.
Is there on-site parking or valet service for guests?
Yes, we offer a dedicated parking area along with professional valet parking for added convenience.
How many hours are included in the event booking?
A standard booking includes 5 hours depending on the event type. Additional hours can be arranged upon request.
Do you provide a dedicated coordinator for the wedding day?
We provide a venue representative who will assist you throughout the event and ensure the venue facilities operate smoothly. However, he is not responsible for coordinating with external vendors. Vendor coordination should be handled by your planner or designated person.
Are there any restrictions on fireworks, sparklers, or special effects?
To ensure a safe and spectacular show, we handle all pyrotechnics in-house! We have an exclusive partnership with a trusted professional supplier for all fireworks, sparklers, and special effects. If you are interested in adding these to your event, let us know, and we can walk you through our available packages.
How early can vendors arrive for setup?
Vendors may arrive several hours before the event. Exact setup times are coordinated based on the event schedule.
What deposit is required to secure the date, and is it refundable?
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is paid according to your agreement.
Are accommodations available for the bride and groom?
Yes, the bride and groom receive a complimentary one-night stay in our luxury windmills.
Do you allow after-parties, and until what time?
Yes, we offer an indoor after-party area where celebrations may continue after the outdoor curfew, following venue guidelines.
